Sep 20, 2019 Fujitsu iX500 neeed WIA driver to use. I completed installing a fujitsu scansnap iX500 scanner from the installation CD. It works fine on its own, but QuickBooks does not recognize it as a scanner. The devise shows on devices and printers, but when I click on scanner properties, it says I need a WIA driver to use.
